Meet Noah!

This 1-year-old, 57 pound, Retriever mix has a real zest for life. He loves dogs, kids, toys, snacks, walks, meeting new friends, the list is endless. He loves to be everywhere and with everyone all the time.

If you’re looking for an outgoing social butterfly, Noah won’t disappoint. He wants to hang out with you at the local brewery, eat s’mores by the campfire, and cuddle and binge watch whatever you please. An added perk - he is goofy as all get-out and keeps belly laughs plentiful.

Dan is the best. He is friendly, gentle, and can out-cuddle anyone. His hobbies include looking cute, befriending everyone, and sleeping through adoption events so he keeps being overlooked for the more rambunctious puppies. (Dan says they’re obnoxious.) Dan is a well-mannered puppy and he plans to grow up to be a dog of leisure. He loves humans (big and small), cats, and other dogs. He is well-versed in kennel training and working very hard on housebreaking, but sometimes it’s hard, especially when it’s 12 degrees outside.

Friends, this is Bonnie. This 4-month-old, 23 pound, pit bull terrier mix is a genuine goldmine.

Bonnie is affectionate, eager to please, tolerant, and very social. Due to her wonderful foster home, she has a fantastic foundation with training and home etiquette. She absolutely adores children and other dogs. She hasn’t been tested with litter box users, but given her easygoing and personable demeanor, she’s determined to befriend all. Bonnie’s happiness is infectious and she’s determined to make everyone her person.

Bonnie is an excellent candidate for almost any home. However, she would really thrive in a home that wants to include her in everything - walks, car rides, social outings with friends, you name it, she’s game. Prancer is everything working breed - intelligent, active, and fearless. He’s cool, confident, and lives for the weekend. We love him and all want to be him. True to the shepherd breed, he will do best in a higher energy home that never underestimates his intelligence. Because of his breed lineage, he likes to herd. If you would not like your children to be considered as disobedient sheep, or ordered around by a puppy, please do not apply.

Prancer is dog, cat, and kid friendly. (The resident kids are dog savvy and handle his working breed playfulness with ease.) He’s really a fun dog - you don’t want to miss out.

Finally, future adopters will be required to sign a release waiver that states they were warned about his intelligence and work ethic, and if you leave your credit card out, and $500 of toys are ordered on Chewy, Bounce is not responsible.

This 1-year-old, 60 pound, Golden Retriever has the personality to match his handsome looks. Max is goofy, friendly, and charming. True to his Golden Retriever lineage, he’s a friend to all and gets along with dogs, cats, and children. Max is young, enthusiastic, and full of energy, and is looking for an adopter that can keep him physically and mentally busy. His favorite activities are playing fetch, running, rolling in snow, playing with other lively dogs, and long neighborhood walks. While he is quickly picking up home etiquette and basic commands, he will benefit from an adopter that can keep up with his training so he can continue to be the best version of himself. Max is potty and kennel trained, and walks well on a gentle leader.

Happy Friday, friends. Please meet Mona, Tom, and

Happy Friday, friends. Please meet Mona, Tom, and Jerry. We know all dogs are perfect, but these dogs are perfect perfect.

Mona is a 5-year-old, 40 pound, shortstack. Where she lacks in leg length, she makes up in personality. She is tolerant, calm, well-mannered, and easy going. She loves to nap on the couch, snuggle during movie marathons, and take short walks around the neighborhood. She could go about anywhere and would make an easy first dog.

Tom and Jerry are 2 months and currently 6-8 pounds. We have no idea what dad is, but we’re guessing they’ll be medium-sized dogs like Mona. Like their mom, they are affectionate, happy, and easy. Because they’re puppies, they’ll chew on things they shouldn’t, but they’ll make up for it by making you laugh until your sides ache.

Good evening friends. Can you help us find Carl a home?

This 1-year-old, 50lb, cattle dog/pit bull terrier mix is not just beauty, but brains. He picks up new tricks with ease and could probably solve a Rubik’s Cube if he had opposable thumbs. He adores other dogs, cats, and children. He is equal parts athletic and cuddly, and would benefit from a home that would like to go on a Saturday morning hike and then binge a Netflix series in the afternoon.

Carl is a goofball and would like a home with a good sense of humor. He doesn’t take life too seriously and thinks neither should you. He is housebroken, kennel trained, great on a leash, and would love a home with another playful canine companion and fenced backyard.

On the 19th Day of Christmas, let’s chat about this pretty little thing. Please meet Pixie, a 1-year-old, 17 pound, terrier mix.

Pixie is a very timid but sweet dog. She spent her first week of foster care moving from hiding spot to hiding spot. Upon discovering the joys of treats and chest scratches, she started to venture out to enjoy the perks of being a household companion. She does well with both dogs and cats, and would do well in a home with a confident canine companion to show her the ropes. When outside, she truly blossoms - she enjoys playing chase, sunbathing, and throwing around toys.

Pixie is looking for a calm home with no kids, or kids past the screaming years. She would also greatly benefit from having a backyard. She is going to make someone a really amazing pet. Successful adopters will be patient, kind, and reassuring. From what we see so far, you’ll be greatly rewarded, and with time, she will be the light of your life. At 3 months and 8 pounds, Chip knows what he likes and will absolutely get it. He enjoys playing, snacks, sitting on laps, and in that order. He is far superior to other puppies and doesn’t understand what is so hard about kennel and potty training, as he picked it up in days. He enjoys being endlessly doted upon and being whispered sweet nothings. He adores children. While dog friendly, he would prefer to be the only dog in the home as sharing his loved ones is cruel and unusual punishment. Spanky is friendly, active, and intelligent. Spanky is your typical bouncy teenage pup. He is eager to please and with continued guidance, has the capability of growing up to be the best boy. Spanky walks well on a leash, loves car rides, and hasn’t met anyone who isn’t immediately smitten with him. Spanky is kennel trained, housebroken, and dog, kid, and cat friendly.

For the 15th Day of Christmas, we would like you to meet Scout. This 2-year-old, 30 pound beagle is goofy, fun, and free-spirited. Lucky for you, he’s looking for a home this holiday season.

Scout enjoys toys and has no problem tossing them to himself if you’re busy. He adores neighborhood walks, cuddling paired with ear scratches, and throwing around derpy smiles. He is potty and kennel trained, and good with kids and dogs. (He’s not been tested with cats.)

As with all beagles, he is a nose attached to a dog body, can’t be trusted off leash, and will require a secure fence if adopted to a home with a yard. (We welcome apartment dwellers to apply, but our leash disclaimer is no joke.) Also like a true beagle, he enjoys the occasional yodel. Happy 13th Day of Christmas. We apologize for skip

Happy 13th Day of Christmas. We apologize for skipping the last two days - we have been busier than a mosquito in a nudist colony. We’ll make it up to you with puppies. Please meet Oregano, Dill, and Basil.

These 5 month, Pinscher/Whippet mixes are goofy, intelligent, and fun. They came to us from a very underfunded shelter and haven’t skipped a beat in making sure their new lease on life is not wasted. These brothers love other dogs, cats, and children. (Whether cats love them is yet to be seen.) They are social and enjoy cuddling after chasing leaves in the backyard.

These smart boys are quickly picking up kennel training, housebreaking, and home etiquette. They are well-adjusted and eager to please. If you’re looking for a fast friend, one of these pups is for you. You can find our adoption application at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
